- Doctor of Medicine Degree (M.D.) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (D.O.)
- Board Eligible (ABEM or ABOEM Certification) in Emergency Medicine
- Licensed to practice medicine and surgery in the Commonwealth of Virginia or ability to obtain your VA License
